October has been a great month for my portfolio, the total value is up 13.93%! This is mostly thanks to my crypto portfolio. With the portfolio having a great time, I also went on another city trip this month, this time we went a little closer to home, Antwerp. The sun was shining, so we drank some Belgian beers on the terrace and had some nice Italian food at Malaciorta. Besides that, the kids had a school holiday so we did a lot of fun activities while we weren’t working!
Capital Growth Portfolio
This month, we saw a little growth of 1.49%. This portfolio isn’t very exciting but the total worth of the portfolio is at a nice number after almost 2 years!
Portfolio value: €5915.68
Retirement Fund Portfolio
This portfolio is performing a lot stronger than my Binck portfolio, but that is because it contains more stocks than bonds/real estate. It gained 3.93%. It makes me really curious to see what happens we get a ‘big’ correction on the stock market. I will start calculating how much the cap is I can invest yearly in this portfolio, the tax benefits are really nice.
Portfolio value: €1830.71
Index Fund & Stock Portfolio
I didn’t do too much this month on the stock market. I added 3 IBM ($IBM) stocks @ $125.1, which is another dividend stock for the portfolio with 5,2% dividend.

P2P Lending Portfolio
I deposited €50 on Mintos this month because I want to keep my P2P percentage at 5%. Once I reach €1000 on this platform and €500 on EstateGuru, I will diversify platforms. The last 2 years have been really nice on Mintos.
Portfolio value: €699.08

October was actually a really good month for crypto, the portfolio value increased ~40%. Next month, I will probably start selling a little to get the percentage of my crypto stack a little smaller. I made a little investment in Sushiswap (SUSHI) of €100, which is going really well with ~16% growth.
The rest of the assets are still growing slowly because of the interest. Swissborg is giving me a 4.5% yield on my bitcoin and 7.75% on my USDC. The BlockFi interest rates have increased again this month, unfortunately, bitcoin is still 4.5%. Celsius is becoming more interesting to test because of this. However, I first have to check withdrawal rates on BlockFi because I’m invested with such a little amount, it might not be worth it to move it to a different platform.
I also want to remind everyone, especially now that crypto is quickly appreciating in value, how important it is to keep the bulk of your crypto off the exchanges you are trading on. I keep mine on a Ledger.

Ideas for November
Ideas are basically still the same! I’m currently trying to grow the cash position in DeGiro and want to start scaling in ETF’s slowly when the market dips (if it dips). I’m also reading up on investing in startups on platforms like Republic, Seedrs & Crowdcube. The only side note is I really like to buy stocks, which isn’t helping my cash position haha.
